A Jakarta system integrator, since 2004.
PT Prima Interaktif Teknologi builds and operates systems for telecommunications operators and enterprises in Indonesia, and now brings that experience to Okta implementation.
Our story
Prima Teknologi was founded in 2004 as a system integrator for Indonesia's telecommunications industry. Since then we have worked inside operator environments: multi-vendor networks, billing and OSS systems, enterprise procurement procedures, and strict SLA requirements. That practice continues today.
Integrating interdependent systems — HR, directories, business applications, infrastructure — led us to identity and access. In 2025 we joined the Okta Elevate Partner Program as an Okta Partner at the Activate tier, with two Okta-certified professionals who carry out implementations directly.
We deliberately stay small and in one place: Jakarta. Clients deal directly with the engineers working on their project, during WIB business hours, in Bahasa Indonesia or English.

As an Okta Partner, we implement Okta Workforce Identity, Customer Identity (Auth0), Privileged Access, and Zero Trust architectures for organizations in Indonesia. We can work with licenses you already hold or help with procurement.
